Why does my order take longer to arrive?

Every item is made to order. We start production only after your purchase,allowing us to reduce waste and ensure highest level of quality.

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Due to the restyling and new reopening,we do not have all the products in our warehouse,so for certain products will require some week for arriving to us (actually we depend form external producers as we are a newborn brand),as the orders arrive,we will refill our stocks!
If there was any problem or delay,we will inform you by e-mail!
Transparency is one of our values! 

Are your products made of good quality?
We want to maintain a high level of quality,checking EVERY piece we receive from our suppliers,searching for a better quality as we growing up!

 

How can I be sure you donate to the environment every month?

There is a page in our website called "at the service of the planet",here you can find some links and descriptions of our donations (you can find it in the footer menu at the bottom of the website). Also we will post it in our socials!
